How can I contact a Valoure representative?

Valoure customer service representatives are available to answer your questions via chat, contact us, or email at support@bellevalourecouture.com, between 9am and 6pm CST every day of the week.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status at any time by clicking on the “Sign In” link at the top of every page and logging into your account. You may also contact us for additional assistance.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Once your bellevalourecouture.com order enters the shipping process, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. Our system is designed to process orders immediately. When you receive your order, check your account for the return process. You are welcome to contact us or email our Customer Service for additional assistance.

How much will shipping cost?

We offer free complimentary world-wide GROUND SHIPPING for all orders on Bellevalourecouture.com. (Valoure In-Store orders ship to U.S. addresses only.)

What forms of payment do you accept on bellevalourecouture.com?

We accept payment via the following credit cards:

Discover Card
We also accept debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo, as well as purchases made through PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Zip, and Amazon Pay.

Payment via PayPal requires a registered PayPal account. Don’t have a PayPal account? You can sign up for one on the PayPal website.

Is my credit card information safe?

Belle Valoure uses secure server software over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line to protect credit card information. All personal and credit card information is encrypted so that that it cannot be read as it travels to an ordering system. Once it is received, it is stored in a location not accessible via the Internet.

What do I do if my item(s) arrived damaged or defective?

Belle Valoure stands behind all of our products. If you believe your item is defective or has been damaged en route, please contact a customer service representative or via email at support@bellevalourecouture.com.

How do I sign up for your email list?

What is the retail store return policy?

For purchases in Valoure retail stores, the return policy is as follows:

Returns will be accepted within 60 days of the date of purchase for exchange, refund, or store credit, with a receipt and in original condition and packaging.

All sales are final. No returns will be accepted for the following categories: Special Orders, Exotics, Swimwear, Under garments, Opened Fragrance.

Order Verification

Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.

Currency

When possible, Belle Valoure will try processing your payment in your local currency. There are however some limitations and special cases in which we will have to charge your card in USD. In those cases, the conversion is handled by your financial institution.

Payment Security

All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. Belle Valoure is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.

When will my order ship?

Most merchandise will ship within 1 to 3 business days after your order is received. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding Federal holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For Valoure In-Store and BVC Marketplace shipments:

  • Standard: 2 – 3 business days

For Belle Valoure Online shipments:

  • Standard: 7 – 14 business days
What is the return policy?

We are happy to accept returns for merchandise purchased on Bellevalourecouture.com that has not been worn, washed, or altered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging (box, sunglasses case, garment bag, etc), within 30 days of purchase. All fragrances, beauty products, swimwear and underwear purchases are final sale; no returns or exchanges are accepted on these items.

For your convenience U.S. returns are free. For international orders please contact us for return pricing in your country. Domestic orders will receive a prepaid USPS shipping return label with your return request. Pack item(s) securely in the original product packaging and include all paperwork. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

We are not responsible for return packages lost en route. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your package to monitor the delivery status.

How long will it take to receive a refund on a returned order?

To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 14 days of our receiving the returned order.
