Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent order, we will gladly accept returns of items that are in new condition, with original tags attached. Return items must not be washed, worn or altered. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. After 30 days, products are not eligible for return or credit. After 14 days, Designer Brand products are not eligible for return. Store credit is not available for Designer Brands. Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.  Free Shipping/Free Returns for Designer Brands are available for U.S. orders only.
Store Credit
Receive a Belle Valoure Couture store credit for the amount of your return—and a BONUS 25 reward point credit you can use toward finding something else you'll love.
  • One bonus per order.
  • We must receive your return within 30 days of the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip) to be eligible for the bonus.
  • Store credits are not redeemable for cash or gift certificates.
  • Orders are not eligible if a previous return against this order already received the bonus reward point credit.
  • A maximum of 3 bonuses can be accrued within a 30-day period.
Delivery can be expected within 3-10 business days. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing. All orders are eligible for Free shipping and Free returns. No minimum purchase required.

Photos of designer inspired wear are for illustration only. Purchased items do not contain logos or brand. Authentic Designer Brands contain the Designer name in the item description.
Lay Buy
LAY-BUY payment option
1.Payment Method: Consumer is presented PUT IT ON LAY-BUY powered by PayPal in checkout, and selects method
2.Confirm Order: Consumer selects down-payment % to pay today, and how many months they want to pay-off the balance
3.PayPal: Consumer is taken to PayPal’s landing page, Consumer pays the down-payment today with their PayPal a/c or their credit card. PayPal then sets up the LAY-BUY payment plan between consumer and merchant. PayPal then sends two email notifications to merchant and consumer. (One for the down-payment and another that a payment plan has been setup) Note: if Consumer does not have a PayPal a/c, they will pay with their credit card today and a PayPal a/c is setup for the LAY-BUY payment plan payments
4.Revise a Lay-Buy: A consumer can revise a LAY-BUY order at any time while the LAY-BUY is in ‘pending’ (payments not completed) status.
5. Cancel a Lay-Buy: A consumer can cancel a LAY-BUY order at any time while the LAY-BUY is in ‘pending’ (payments not completed) status.
