Payment Security

All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. Belle Valoure is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.

Order Verification

Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.


When possible, Belle Valoure will try processing your payment in your local currency. There are however some limitations and special cases in which we will have to charge your card in USD. In those cases, the conversion is handled by your financial institution.

How much will shipping cost?

We offer free complimentary world-wide GROUND SHIPPING for all orders on Valoure In-Store orders ship for a flat rate of $4.75 to U.S. addresses only.

When will my order ship?

Most merchandise will ship within 1 to 2 business days after your order is received. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding Federal holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For Valoure In-Store and BVC Marketplace shipments:

  • Standard: 2 – 3 business days

For Belle Valoure Online shipments:

  • Standard: 7 – 14 business days
What is the return policy?

We are happy to accept returns for merchandise purchased on that has not been worn, washed, or altered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging (box, sunglasses case, garment bag, etc), within 30 days of purchase. All fragrances, beauty products, swimwear and underwear purchases are final sale; no returns or exchanges are accepted on these items.

For your convenience U.S. returns are free. For international orders please contact us for return pricing in your country. Domestic orders will receive a prepaid USPS shipping return label with your return request. Pack item(s) securely in the original product packaging and include all paperwork. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

If you choose not to use the prepaid USPS return shipping label, you are welcome to use a postal carrier of your choosing and at your own cost. Please send the return package to the following address:

Valoure recommends using a traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the return merchandise. We are not responsible for return packages lost en route. We cannot accept C.O.D. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your package to monitor the delivery status.

How long will it take to receive a refund on a returned order?

To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 14 days of our receiving the returned order.
